Online
consultation
Would you rather choose online space? We can arrange consultations on multiple platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Skype).
Condition Analyzis
What can a patient expect during their first visit to me? During a detailed medical history intake, we will discuss the patient's medical history, including previous injuries, surgeries, and their current complaints. Following this, we will conduct a physical examination. Based on the summary of these findings, a diagnosis will be made, which will guide us in deciding the most suitable therapy for the patient, keeping in mind both their short- and long-term goals. Treatment will begin during the first session to alleviate symptoms as quickly as possible and improve overall well-being. Finally, we will also discuss any home exercises or tasks to be completed…

Pelvic Floor Treatment After Childbirth
Whether you gave birth via cesarean section or naturally, I highly recommend this therapy.
Visceral Therapy
Just like the visible scars on the skin, so-called adhesions (abnormal connections) can also form between internal organs. These adhesions can then restrict the movement of organs during breathing, which over time may lead to symptoms in the musculoskeletal system. This is how, for example, a reduced range of motion in the right shoulder can be linked to any changes in the connective tissue of the liver.
TMD Therapy
The temporomandibular joint is an often underrepresented area of the musculoskeletal system, yet many complaints originate from its improper functioning, such as tinnitus, frequent headaches, or limited range of motion in mouth opening.
Kinesiology tape application
By itself, no, I only use it as a complementary therapy. I do not charge extra for the taping.
Cupping Therapy
I use it as a complementary therapy primarily to improve the mobility of adhered scars and to increase the range of motion in joints.
Dynamic Manual Therapy
Posture is merely a momentary state, and within this state, it primarily depends on what is pulling where and to what extent. This type of treatment focuses on analyzing movement patterns and posture to uncover the root causes of the patient's complaints. By understanding these underlying factors, the therapy aims to address and resolve the issues effectively.
Physiotherapy with Manual Therapy
Starting from the second session, you can choose a 50-minute session, which provides ample time for therapeutic exercises as well as manual treatments.
Alternatively, you can also choose a 30-minute session from the second session onward. In this case, time is limited, so we focus on quicker manual therapy techniques/treatments alongside the exercises.
