About me
Dear Visitor!
My name is Eliza Hunyadi, I graduated in 2022 as a physiotherapist at Semmelweis University. Since then, I have been helping my patients restore their movement functions, alleviate their complaints, and, most importantly, improve their quality of life.
In my work, I place great emphasis on creating personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of each patient. Using various methods and practical experience, I support them in feeling their best and regaining a fulfilling life. Although one can live with musculoskeletal complaints, they are not necessary to endure.
Whether it’s conditions resulting from sedentary work, recovery after injuries, accidents, or surgeries, frequent headaches, temporomandibular joint issues, or even preventive care—I’m here to help. I believe that with the right therapy, sustained motivation and diligence, and joint efforts, anyone can regain their vitality.
Feel free to contact me if you recognize yourself while reading the list above! I approach my patients with great empathy and aim to make exercises as enjoyable as possible with creativity, ensuring even those who didn’t previously enjoy physiotherapy come to love it.
Qualifications
Performing previously painful movements without pain or hardship. If I had to summarize Brian Mulligan’s concept in one sentence, this would be it. Of course, there’s much more to it. Mulligan manual therapy techniques are incredibly effective for treating lower back pain, restricted neck mobility, and even recurring headaches. One of its advantages is that the positive effects are immediately noticeable and felt, and patients can perform the techniques themselves between sessions after proper instruction.
Posture is merely a momentary state, primarily influenced by which soft tissue pulls where and to what extent. This type of treatment analyzes movement patterns and posture to trace back the root causes of a patient’s complaints.
The TMJ is an often underrepresented area of the musculoskeletal system, yet many complaints originate from its improper functioning, such as tinnitus, frequent headaches, or limited range of motion in mouth opening.
Examination and treatment of the cervical spine. (3ns tex)
Just as visible scars can form adhesions, internal organs can develop adhesions that restrict their movement during breathing. Over time, this can manifest as symptoms in the musculoskeletal system. Just to take an example, restricted right shoulder joint mobility can be linked to changes in the connective tissue of the liver.
Whether you’ve given birth via cesarean section or naturally, I recommend this therapy.
Primarily used as a complementary therapy to improve the mobility of scar tissue and increase joint range of motion.
Used only as a complementary therapy, with no additional charge for application.
